Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us.

Processing Time  
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates  
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.  
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days  
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days  

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking Information  
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Carriers  
We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.

Incorrect Addresses  
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages  
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. If an issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. We will assist where possible.

International Shipping  
We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination.  
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Damaged Items  
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.

Shipping Costs  
Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
