Madad Inc Charity Auction – Return Policy
1. All Sales Final
All items sold through the Madad Inc Charity Auction are final sale.
👉 No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted except as explicitly outlined below.
By placing a bid, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are entering a legally binding purchase
- You have reviewed all item details, images, and descriptions
2. “As-Is” Condition
All items are sold “AS IS,” “WHERE IS,” and “WITH ALL FAULTS.”
Madad Inc does not guarantee:
- Condition accuracy beyond provided descriptions
- Surface, centering, edges, or corners (for cards)
- Display condition vs. in-hand perception
👉 Minor flaws, case scratches (slabs), or unseen imperfections do not qualify for returns.
3. Graded Cards (PSA / BGS / SGC)
For graded items:
- Grades reflect the opinion of the grading company only
- No returns will be accepted due to:
- Disagreement with grade
- Regrading or crossover results
- Subgrade expectations

👉 Certification numbers are provided for buyer verification prior to bidding.
4. Raw / Ungraded Items
All raw cards and ungraded memorabilia are sold without guarantees.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Expected grading outcomes
- Condition disagreements
- Subjective collector standards
👉 Buyers assume all grading risk.
5. Authenticity Claims
Unless explicitly stated in the listing:
- Items are not guaranteed to be authenticated
- Third-party authentication (if present) is the opinion of that provider
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Authentication disputes
- Third-party opinion changes
6. Limited Exception – Wrong Item Received
Returns may only be accepted if:
✔️ You received the incorrect item
✔️ The item does not match the listing entirely (major error)
To qualify:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photo/video prooF
If approved:
- Item must be returned in original condition
- Refund will be issued upon inspection
7. Shipping Damage Claims
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Retain all packaging materials
- File a claim if shipment was insured
Madad Inc will assist where possible but is not liable once the item is in carrier possession, unless required by law.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback for a non-returnable item constitutes a violation of this policy.
Madad Inc reserves the right to:
- Dispute chargebacks with documentation
- Ban accounts from future auctions
- Pursue legal remedies where applicable
9. Illinois Consumer Compliance
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
Nothing in this policy is intended to override any rights provided under applicable Illinois consumer protection laws.
